The Artist
About Kai Raven
From a borrowed microphone in a Peckham basement to sold-out arenas on four continents — a decade of building cathedrals out of sound.

Biography
“I'm not writing songs. I'm building rooms people can walk into when the world gets loud.”
Kai Raven is a singer, rapper, producer and songwriter whose work sits at the seam between orchestral grandeur and street-level honesty. Raised between London and Lagos, Kai grew up inside two rhythmic traditions and spent a decade refusing to choose one.
The 2021 mixtape Paper Crowns arrived without a label and left with a million listeners. Four albums later, the sound has widened — choirs, analog synths, brass sections recorded in a converted chapel — but the centre has not moved: a voice, a room, and something true to say.

Orchestral Soul, Street Cadence
